This porcelain based project is searching the intersection between a bowl and plate. The resulting object functions as hybrid with a clear focus on the bowl. Beside the aesthetical aspects, the technical or craft one was quite tricky in this project. The ones who worked with ceramic before, know how difficult it is to realize this not supported disc on top of the bowl.

I had the opportunity to produce a small series of bowls in the industrial workshop of Kahla porcelain.
